The Matrix Iso-CII rims show no noticeable wear from braking, and the wheels spin smoothly and true. It has always been stored on a bike rack(resting on its top tube) It is in excellent overall condition, there is no significant corrosion I can see, there are no cracks or bends in the frame(it has never been dropped or crashed) Also, it has the original Shimano 105 group and other equipment, except that about three years ago I replaced the tires, rewrapped the handlebars and replaced the saddle.

This bike has been babied since I purchased it.

The bike is stable, it tracks and brakes well, and shifting is a breeze(I tested all gear combinations) Almost two years ago the bike was fully tuned and overhauled. Since then I just ride this bike around the neighborhood with my family(hence the low mileage) Today I took it for a test ride and mechanically this Trek seems to perform as well now as the day I bought it. However, I never again felt comfortable riding in traffic, and I switched to mountain biking. This bike came with a Shimano 105 group and was always a great-riding bike. As a replacement for a bike that was destroyed when I was broadsided by a car.
